Sabrinna is an aroamtic, full bodied, floral wine. Made and bottled in our brand new winery, this vintage has aromas of lychee, passionfruit and white peach.
A blend of Siegerrebe, Bacchus and Kerner, enjoy Sabrinna with aromatic cuisine, or more intense dishes in general.

Our winemaking ethos
As of 2018, all of our wines are made right here on site by our family (with the help of consultant Simon Day). The grapes travel approximately 250m from the vineyard to the winery.
Our winemaking ethos is to produces characterful wines that represent the grape variety, the vintage, and our boutique size. We aim to make as few interventions as possible - never deacidifying, fining, and only filtering when needed. We also aim to reduce our sulphur usage as much as possible (0.5 molecular sulphur in most cases).
