Our medium-dry (slightly sweet) house blend of Bacchus, Madeleine Angevine and Kerner. Our vineyard has been making this wine for over 30 years. It is the epitome of a fun, easy drinking, "go-to" wine.
This vintage has flavours of ripe green apple and intense elderflower. It is perfect for everyday drinking, or as a refreshing glass sat alongside the river. Pairs well with most foods.
For those who enjoy:
- Fruity, sweeter wines
- Pinot Grigio
This Christmas:
- A gift
- Aperitif/Starter/Main/Cheese board
Our winemaking ethos
As of 2018, all of our wines are made right here on site by our family (with the help of consultant Simon Day). The grapes travel approximately 250m from the vineyard to the winery.
Our winemaking ethos is to produces characterful wines that represent the grape variety, the vintage, and our boutique size. We aim to make as few interventions as possible - never deacidifying, fining, and only filtering when needed. We also aim to reduce our sulphur usage as much as possible.
